Mile High Music

...was conceived in 2003 by owners Scott Griess and Jeff Jenkins. The stepchild of Greywood Studio, which they operated for 6 previous years, MHM constitutes a major technological and architectural upgrade. New possibilities have emerged in all realms of the recording arts.

Designed with the recording artist in mind, MHM features a 660 sq foot main room, with 16 foot ceilings! Big enough for an orchestra, a big band, or just those huge guitar and drum sounds you've always wanted. Also featured are a 16' by 13' drum booth, and a 14' by 12' piano room...plus a vocal booth! Large double pane studio windows assure excellent sight lines and separation.

Our spacious control room is expertly tuned, so you can rest at ease knowing that your mixes will translate to any listening environment. And of course, we’re equipped with the latest state-of-the-art gear, so your project will receive the best sonic treatment possible.

All in all, it’s a great space in which to record your band! Comfort and esthetics are a primary concern. You’ll agree with the scores of artists who’ve already recorded with MHM, that the place just feels good. It has, as one artist described it “an inspiring vibe”.
