Banda
Banda- An exciting quintet, which inhabited Vartan's Jazz Club on a regular basis. The singing and guitar work of Mitchell Long fronted this band, but it was driven by the rhythms of the late great Claudio Slon on drums. The band was rounded out by Bijoux Barbosa on bass, Jeff Jenkins on piano, and Bob Rebholz on sax and flute.
